Severin Berz

Push-Hands workshops

Severin shares his 20 years long experience with meditation, body awareness and perception which he applies to Taiji and Push-hands. After some years of Bagua Zhang practice with Master Han Yanwu he was blessed with the great opportunity to intensely practice Taiji with Ghislain de Taillandier who also pointed him towards Master Sam Tam. Meeting with Sam Tam allowed him to experience the Taiji principles in the most refined way and to have a clear direction to lead his practice towards. Severin likes to help people to refine their awareness of subtle energetic, perceptual and postural settings and integrate them in their own technical background.

Markus Hauser

Push-Hands Introduction class

Since 1993 I have been dealing with external and internal martial arts. In 1999 I switched from Wing Chung Kung Fu to Taijiquan. The combination of movement and meditation has never let go of me. The development and improvement of training methods and applications, my continuous training and sharing these experiences with other people is a constant challenge on different levels. All of this together is good and just fun.
